Mara Frazier
Mara Frazier is curator of dance and Associate Professor at the Lawrence and Lee Theatre Research Institute, Thompson Special Collections, The Ohio State University Libraries. Her research interests include dance literacy, twentieth century Modern dance, and movement’s material traces. Frazier holds a teaching certification in Labanotation from the Dance Notation Bureau and is Fellow and Board Member of the International Council of Kinetography Laban/Labanotation. She has co-staged dances by Anna Sokolow, Martha Graham, José Limón, and George Balanchine, and has recently authored articles for the Papers of the Bibliographical Society of America, Journal of Movement Arts Literacy, and the Dance Notation Bureau Newsletter.
